The Hole in the Wall Gang
is made up of a bunch of creative bandits who round
up the finest and freshest ingredients to provide you with the greatest grub in
the Valley. Virtually everything on our menu is made from scratch. If there is a
certain ingredient you want added or left out, no problem -- we can do it. We aim
to trigger your taste buds with our sassy inventive recipes and hope you "saddle
on up" and come back real soon.
